This vehicle has been parked partially on the pavement and has not moved for 7 weeks. I appreciate the vehicle is taxed and Mot'd, but it's obstructing the pavement and is unsociable when other neighbours have visitors wishing to park.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
