Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5062092.
I am the Manager at Trinity Court and as you can see from the images attached I consider it to be a trip hazard for my residents who are over 70s and they also use walking aids. Please advise. Thank you very much in advance.
This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue regarding the kerb.
They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.

The issue reported has been assessed and classified as an emergency, which means it will be repaired or made safe in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy.
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to carry out a permanent repair immediately, in these cases we will always ensure the area/defect is made safe and continue to monitor it in line our Highways Safety Inspection Policy. A permanent repair will be made when resource is available, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
