Footpath between Library and Witchell

There is a street light at the right angle junction of this footpath at the rear of the electricity sub-station. There is also a tree in same location the foliage of which which is now blocking the street light so that that corner of the path leading to Witchell is very dark. With winter coming can this tree be lopped please to allow the light to illuminate this part of the path. Thank you.
