Reported via desktop in the Flooding on a road/footpath category anonymously at 12:48, Fri 29 September 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5044299.

The issues with flooding along the lower half of Oxford Road maybe contributed to the two(2) drains that have been positioned around 6-8" away from the kerbstone. When it rains, even a small amount, the water just runs passed the drains and not into them. This in turn causes the water to build up along the road. If you look into the 2 drains, there is minimal amounts of water. I understand these drains are not the whole solution to the flooding along Oxford Road but it making the water funnel into these drains may take the pressure away from the lower drainage system.
