Chipped windscreen from road side vegetation work on entrance in Rowsham on

Good morning,
My name is Ciprian and I would like to report to you an incident that happened on 30-08-2023 at arond 08:00am with a worker that was using lawn mower to cut the grass on the side of the road. I was traveling east on A418 from Aylesbury and as I entered Rowsham one of the team workers was driving a lawn mower on the same side as I was driving on the verge but against the traffic and as I was approaching him a stone was thrown by the blade of the mower into my windscreen. After I heard the big noise from the stone hitting my windscreen I stopped after about 50 m. I spoke with Mr Simon Devitt who seems that he was in charge with the team and gave me the details of the company and told me to contact Buckland Landscape regarding the claim or the council. I have enclosed a couple off photos with my chipped windscreen. Please answer to my email

An officer will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible after that.
We can confirm that our grass cutting programme for this year has commenced.
Please be advised that we are unable to give specific dates for urban grass cutting. Our works programme is very weather dependant and subject to delays. We therefore ask that you remain patient should there be delays or excessive growth in-between cuts.
