Overgrown hedge impedes visibility emerging from Village Hall car park onto Main Road

The overgrown hedge at the exit from the Lacey Green Millennium Village Hall emerging onto the Main Road is severely impeding visibility of the road and oncoming traffic approaching from the right. It’s impossible to get good sight of oncoming traffic without precariously pulling forwards into the road. Am concerned that this will cause an accident if not dealt with promptly, particularly as Main Road traffic is generally exceeding the 30mph limit.
