Pedestrian crossing point - Austenway Jct of school lane & Bulllane

Reported via mobile in the Bollards or railings category anonymously at 08:05, Mon 25 September 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5027308.

Pedestrian crossing central road bollards smashed again. These ridiculously large motorway bollards are not suitable or properly lit on this dark section of road. Both have 'live wire' tape around them. School children use this crossing point - how dangerous are these 'live wires'? The kerb stones are also smashed again. Heres a thought Why not replace both bollards with appropriately suitable, well- lit, reflective bollards. This crossing point is being repeatedly hit due to darkness of the road. Repainted white line / yellow line road markings would assist 'those drivers' at this junction point. Many Thanks.
