Dear colleagues, please can you ascertain when the street furniture will be replaced which was hit by a van which is the second accident at this area since its installation took place through the 278 works from the adjacent development

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5023840.

Dear colleagues. Please can you look into when the street signage/traffic calming will be replaced. This works were completed by the adjacent development.. Within the 278 works and have not been in place for a long time. I would suggest it needs a safety inspection as this is the second accident involving this traffic calming since it was moved. From the original site closer to the village., My understanding is a van hit it and believe in this will still be under the responsibility of the developer to replace that evidence would suggest this needs an inspection of the area between the two islands is very restricted and probably was a contributory factor and should be measured and checked to see that it is in Conformity with good practice/regulations clearly Buckinghamshire council shouldn’t be paying for this and I look forward to an update corrections after inspection and repair and repair Thank you for your time. On this matter it is very much appreciated. Kind regards Robin.Stuchbury@buckinghamshe.gov.uk Disclaimer I apologise for any spelling or grammar mistakes in this correspondence as I was educated by Buckinghamshire County Council at the time they did not recognise dyslexia, and anything I say in my correspondence is clearly without prejudiced,
