Road flood outside number 14 and number 3

Every time it rains the road floods. Perennial problem that was temporarily fixed last year but problem is back and happening more quickly after rain begins.

Updates

This has been passed to the Local Area Technician to investigate.

If the flooding is caused by a water leak we will report it to the relevant utility company to repair.

Update

We have now inspected the area and our assessment is that no action is required at this stage.

The issue reported will be added to a package of works for this location and will be addressed when we are next in the area.

However, if you are experiencing any flooding to due heavy rainfall please do report this by calling our Customer Service Team on 0300 131 6000.

Please be assured, we will continue to monitor the area in line with our Highways Safety Inspection Policy.
