Vehicle has been parked on grass verge, causing damage to the verge (wheels sinking in and grass dead under vehicle). There is no dropped kerb in this location and vehicle has driven across public footpath. Vehicle has no MOT.

Vehicle is causing obstruction to side of 67 Springfields, preventing ladder access for high level work. Vehicle is obstruction access to gas meter box.

The owner of the vehicle was erstwhile tenant of 67 Springfields but has provided forwarding address 11 Sheepstreet Winslow MK18 3HL.

The owner is Dr Karen L Hart, and has been asked repeatedly to move the vehicle from where it is illegally parked (no MOT) and is causing an obstruction. She states the vehicle does start.

Vehicle is KM17 VKW, white Peugeot van.
