Traffic lights blocked by overgrown vegetation!

Really shocked the council have replied to my report yesterday to say there is no immediate action required. This is a roundabout off a motorway, on a mortuary slip road, serving motorway and motorway services traffic, and on a busy A road. The vegetation on this roundabout, managed by the council, is blocking traffic lights completely. Not to mention the signs to show this is a roundabout and emergency signaling, is blocked. At a place where crashes and deaths have happened before. It’s unbelievable the council don’t see this as an urgent matter. So I am reporting again and will keep reporting till this is actioned as a matter of urgency. Happy to also flag this to the necessary authorities
