This is the third week now of a half hearted collection. It’s unnecessary and unacceptable. These skips are either ignored altogether or a few bags collected, if at all. Located next to three restaurants and a food convenience store. Rats, foxes, flies, birds and squirrels are rife! Please can collection be organised ASAP to take ALL of the rubbish not three or four bags. This is now a health hazard.
