Dog waste bin seriously overflowing !

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5010894.

Needs emptying (& clearly putting on a ‘schedule’ to be done more frequently than it currently is … OR it will just overflow again next time too !)
