Dead trees regularly blocking the road

During the fire of July 2022, the tall roadside hedge, on the south side of this lane was burnt out. Much of the hedge was killed during the fire. Now these branches which are dead and rotting out at the base are regularly falling onto the highway, blocking users from freely using the roadway. The hedge is in ownership of Whitehouse Farm. Please can they be asked to remove all the tall dead stands of wood from this hedge before someone is hurt, or an accident occurs by falling deadwood.
