TLs on Glenisters way/Frogmore jnc

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5007709.

The TFLs are unnecessarily holding traffic when there is no traffic coming the other way. They lights at end of Frogmoor as it crosses Glenisters should be on a sensor.
