Meadowcroft Road & Coventon Road junction

Reported via mobile in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 20:42, Monday 18 September 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5007659.

Junction of Meadowcroft & Coventon Road. Aylesbury. This E scooter has been left across the road from the designated parking area. It is obstructing a lowered tactile paved area. Restricting and obstructing access for pushchairs, wheelchairs and the visually impaired. This is a particularly busy pedestrian route with two schools nearby. I first noticed this scooter on Friday ( may have been there longer). Still there today, Monday 18/09. A registered motor vehicle would incur a fine for a similar obstruction, presumably the last hirer is trackable to hold to account for this inconsiderate parking. If untraceable then the hire company/operator would be accountable.
