Near Well End sign by Herman's Garage manhole cover on road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5007469.

90% of vehicles that drive over this manhole cover cause it to move and it is constantly very noisy. I did complain about this a few months ago but no issue could be found. The noise is quite loud now, so not sure if the cover has become lose. Thanks
