The trees 🌲, hedge , bushes etc you can see in the pictures I assume are your responsibility to keep trimmed back . Could you please inform me as and when this could be done please. The area in question is to the right hand side of Barnes Lane as you look from Amersham Road .

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
