Problem with this very noisy manhole cover has been repeatedly reported and promises made to rectify it. As previously reported it has had a bit of tarmac put on it that has made no difference. Weeks have passed since first reported and as this is affecting my sleep and peace I want it quickly and properly resolved.

Faulty manhole cover. Reported many weeks ago. PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS PROPERLY AND QUICKLY.
