Are we really so lawless that this vehicle can perk on double yellow lines, half on pavement, on a bend opposite a children’s nursery and no one will take any action? Double buggies and wheelchairs cannot pass and need to move onto the road as there is no pavement on other side. Vehicle obstructs view of oncoming traffic. This is DANGEROUS & has been reported multiple times. If there is a serious accident, lack of parking enforcement will be liable.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
