Number plate F172 RML Mercedes car has appeared within the last few days. It is parked illegally within 10 metres of the junction. It also has a yellow front number plate and the boot appears to be open slightly. It is taxed and has an MOT but is causing obstruction as you cannot see when trying to leave the junction.
