This has been passed to our maintenance team who will carry out an assessment of the tree and provide an update within 28 days.

Unfortunately, we do not prune or fell any tree to remove or reduce interference with telecommunication or electrical wires. Should you be experiencing issues with your telecommunication service you must bring this matter to the attention of the service provider, as soon as possible, who would have the power to prune or cut branches that may be attributing to an established telecommunications fault (It maybe that your service provider may be able to suggest an alternative solution to the problem)
