Cars parking on bend in road.

Cars have started parking on this bend in the road half on the road and half blocking the footpath. It's not possible to get past without going on the other side of the road and going round this bind bend. It's an accident waiting to happen (if one hasn't already).

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
