Black bags of household waste dumped next to bin in Kingswood

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4995814.

At the bottom of Kingswood Road (Tylers Green) there's a waste bin at the entrance to the woods. Black bins have been dumped around the bin. It looks like foxes have pulled the bags open as household waste is scattered across the path.
