The vegetation adjacent to the pavement is very overgrown onto the pavement. It significantly reduces the already very narrow pavement forcing people to walk into the road (which isn't always possible due to parked vehicles). For people with children, especially those in buggies, there is a significant risk of getting scratched especially in their eyes.
