Parking on the bend- Penn/ Nightingale Rds junction

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4981568.

Vehicles parked on the bend. Associated risks:

1. Head on collision when overtaking these vehicles as one cannot see the vehicles approaching.

2. Vehicles stopping abruptly to make way for on coming vehicles (when the approaching vehicles have no place to pull over either)- likely to collide as one is unable to see stopped vehicles when they take the bend.

Please consider double yellow lines on the bend and 10m upto the bend and/ or mirrors to have a better view of approaching vehicles. Many thanks.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
