You have sent letters to the owners of these garages telling them to clear the path or you will then charge them. As you can see the old forge road owners have done theirs but the birfield owners have not. Number 28 seems to think he is beyond this and proceeds to fly tip any he cuts into the ones that have been done. Their time has now expired. Please escalate.
