10m in front of speed camera, opposite druveway into new development across the road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4974136.

Loose water mains manhole cover. Seen it on the side of read couple of times and VERY NOISY with every vehicle driving over it. Loud enough during the day, at night can't sleep with windows open, wakes our little one up. Been reported in June by someone else, no action had been taken till now, 3months later.
