The black car has parked there for a few months now. Others have started to see there is no recourse so have started to join in. The footpath is used by local elderly residents and many young mothers with pushchairs.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
