Vehicle blocking footpath

Reported via iOS in the Parking on a footpath category anonymously at 22:38, Tue 5 September 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4963016.

Vehicle blocking footpath alongside edge of property. Have checked with nearby neighbours and no one knows who the vehicle belongs to and no one recognises it either as a recurring visitor to the Green. Therefore unable to request removal or to re-park appropriately, although this should not have to be requested. Another report has recently been submitted by someone else in this area for parking so submitting this to ensure evidence of ongoing issues in this area are highlighted. There is plenty of space for even a vehicle of this size to park on the road and still leave the highway clear for passing vehicles. Having to report under the drop down of “yes to road markings” as if no is selected your site directs to the TVP page as per attached photo. Please update this for other/future users. Navigating directly through TVP site also doesn’t provide the correct options. Please resolve this with colleagues for whoever is suppose to take ownership of this ongoing issue. As per recent letter from TVP - ‘Parking on the pavement where a pedestrian with a double buggy or a user of a mobility scooter cannot pass is also an offence of causing an unnecessary obstruction and holds a £30 fine.
