Illegally parked car at bus stop

Car is illegally parked at The Pastures bus stop (o/s 241). There’s a sign on the bus stop saying no parking at anytime except buses and selfish drivers chose to ignore the sign.

From the picture you can see the bus is unable to park at the bus stop due to the car being illegally parked at the bus stop which put me as a disabled person at distress.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (Traffic Warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
