White BMW LC71TNN parked on double yellow lines close to junction with Hughenden Road Causing a problem for other road users joining the queue to exit Coates Lane and for drivers entering Coates Lane from Hughenden Road or Green Hill Vehicle has also been seen parking outside 207 Hughenden Road fully on the pavement and adjacent to double yellow lines
