Vehicle has been parked in this street for about 2 months. No sign of an owner, but about 1 month ago it moved about 50m. Now parked outside drive of a vulnerable resident who is intimidated by its presence. Also it is making access to the opposing drive difficult.

RF51 EXA It has been suggested that someone is living in the van, although no owner has been seen so far..
