Illegal parking

Parked on pavement, opposite children’s nursery, near a school, on a bend, opposite bus stop, no footpath on other side of road. Can’t get past with my mobility scooter. This vehicle has been reported several times with no action, as you can see. It is not only parked illegally but is dangerous. If you are not going to act on these reports and ignore the traffic regulations, please remove this facility from the ‘Fix my street’ portal so people don’t waste their time. Perhaps make a new portal ‘Can’t be bothered to fix my street’. I’m sure that you will fill it very quickly.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
