Vechile is blocking part of path and when bins are placed outside the property you can not walk along the path. Where the vehicle is parked it is a dropped kerb and when you try to turn into the flats it makes it very awkward and dangerous.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
