This has been an ongoing problem for years. People think it’s ok to park in front of an entrance to a property as there are no yellow lines. They also are ignoring the fact that there is a drop down kerb there. The problem stems from a lack of off street parking.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
