Bollards operating on Lark Vale not working

Reported via desktop in the Bollards or railings category anonymously at 12:04, Friday 1 September 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4948401.

We run the service 6 which is meant to go through Lark Vale but due to the bollards not going down we are having to ommitt this part of the route. This means that we are not serving people who rely on the service to get to the bus station. Please can someone at the very least get the bollards permanantly lowered so that the bus can go through as school will be starting and this will cause a lot of issues.

Updates

  • This has been passed to your local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue.

They will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 20 working days. If however, a replacement bollard/railing is required, we will need to order this as we do not hold them in stock and this can take up to 6-8 weeks.
