Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4943145.

Alarm sounding on a regular basis, day and night, for five days. It's untaxed, hasn't moved in all that time and nobody seems to know whose car it is.

You hear of cars spontaneously bursting into flames quite often.
