Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4941870.

This vehicle has been abandoned for excess of two months well beyond what the government guidelines describe as a ‘stationary for a significant amount of time’. The first report - even though it had been abandoned for some time was the 7th July and the car has not moved since. One of the tyres wa flat then and still remains so.

It’s a hazard to traffic and pedestrians looking to cross at a busy junction.

As it meets the criteria for abandonment I believe the council has fifteen days to remove it. If this does not happen then local community groups will be informed and it will be widely known the council are being negligent and will be held liable for any issues as a result.
