Hi, a tree is overgrown outside my house and I need it to be cut down. It is affecting my signal, leaves are falling into my garden, and the footpath is also affected which people have complained to me about. Elderly people and people from the nearby school complain about the footpath and overgrown bushes as well.

  • Unfortunately, we do not prune or fell any tree to remove or reduce interference with telecommunication or electrical wires. Should you be experiencing issues with your telecommunication service you must bring this matter to the attention of the service provider, as soon as possible, who would have the power to prune or cut branches that may be attributing to an established telecommunications fault (It maybe that your service provider may be able to suggest an alternative solution to the problem)
