BMW 5 Series unroadworthy and unfit to be on the road

VK55XHC, despite being taxed and MOT'ed (questionable it passed a legitimate MOT) it has been dumped here for several months now and has recently become the target of vandals who have smashed the windows. It also has flat tyres, the front suspension has failed, the bonnet is open with some engine parts clearly missing. It is quite obviously not in a fit state to be driven or even on the road and should be removed and the owner has quite obviously disposed of it.
