Churchill avenue next to Cottesloe park

Vehicles leaking oil frequently parked on the grass verge driven often up inside the cycle lane, with kayak, garden chairs and garden waste frequently overflowing from house and blocking the pavement which is regularly used by children and disabled people. Now have a dog on a long lead tied inside the property which stretches across the pavement causing a trip hazard and barking at anyone passing and also biting at ankles. Ladders etc are often left also in the area of land that is the park potentially causing risk to other properties
