Motor bikes and cars parked on the footpath

Once again I have to report the motor bikes and the car (different one this time) parked on the pavement for most of the day. The traffic wardens ticket cars in West Common so why not here ? Please don’t tell the residents that this is acceptable !!!!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
