Car illegally parked for 3 weeks in front of my house obstructing my private parking

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4903516.

For the past 3 weeks there is a car parked on the street in front of my house. This spot is not an allotted parking spot. My private parking spot is on the opposite side. Because of this car, the space between my parked car and the other one is very narrow. If my neighbour chooses to park his car in front of his property, then the space is so narrow that it is impossible for me to get into my owned parking spot. This car has been standing there for around 3 weeks without moving away once.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
