Parking obstructing the bottom of Nicholas Gardens

White lorry parked since Friday 11th August obstructing access and view when entering Nicholas Gardens. Back of the lorry is open and number plate check says it is a white Volkswagen. Possibly abandoned. Also cars are consistently parking on the corners of Nicholas Gardens entrance causing difficulty for drivers entering and exiting the road.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
