Manhole cover missing & barriers damaged

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4893610.

Manhole cover in the middle of the road still not been replaced & barriers were very flimsy & some have been broken by the passing traffic & large lorries that pass frequently so the hole is less visible in the day & far more so at night & debris from barriers in road
