New dropped kerb reinstated problem

A new dropped kerb has been fitted with the newly road repair’s 8/8/2023 and this has caused more problems with road rain water cascading down driveway and flooding around front door and undermine foundations of dwelling, there was a problem before due to road repairs, new work carried out but this has made it a lot worse this is a ongoing problem and could cause further damage to foundations of property

  • This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue regarding the kerb.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.

    An initial assessment has been made and further work to investigate this enquiry is required. This should be completed within the next 28 days.
