I am currently having work done at my property which means I have builders vans outside. They are continuously having to move as recently below lines were put everywhere. It's absolutely ridiculous as they are spending more time moving their vehicles to avoid getting parking tickets than doing the work. Is there some kind of permit for workmen so that they can complete the work on my house? Many thanks Asmaira
