Damaged traffic island and vehicle debris

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4853310.

Traffic island was collided with by a van, signage, vehicle parts and the sineage pole is strewn across the island and side of the road, and island keep left signs are unlit
