I lived in Wing for just under 40 years and came back over the weekend to visit friends in the village and go to the Churchyard where I have several relatives buried. I was shocked to see the state the extension part had been left in after the grass had been cut. Not very respectful to all those people that had lived in Wing and I would have thought the people in Wing and the Parish Council would have complained about the disrespectful, shoddy work and mess the Churchyard has been left in.

  • An officer will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible after that.

    We can confirm that our grass cutting programme for this year has commenced.

    Please be advised that we are unable to give specific dates for urban grass cutting. Our works programme is very weather dependant and subject to delays. We therefore ask that you remain patient should there be delays or excessive growth in-between cuts.
